kullyanchi kadi (crabs curry)


Ingridents
   crab   
 2  grated coconut
  4 onions
  dry red chilies
  4 cloves of ginger
  garlic
garam masala
1/2tp turmeric powder
corriander
salt to taste
cocum

oil
water

Preparation

first clean the crabs.and then boil the crabs and finely chopped onion together.on the other hand we have to fry onion ,grated coconut,dry red chilies, corriander leaves,garlic,ginger one by one .fry well till the coconut becomes goldnish in color then we have to wait till it cools down.after that add 2-3 table spoon of garam masala to the fried mixture. than pour all the grinded mixture in the boiled crabs . add some salt to it according to the taste and add turmeric powder at the same time .and in the end when it is about to boil add 2-4 cocum to it . when it is boiled properly off the gas .and have it.
